They are not generic run of the mill and mass-produced, which requires 2 or 3 business days creation and then priority delivery 7-10 business days but well worth it. Our return policy is a no-hassle return or refund policy on defective or damaged items during shipping. We allow 30 days from the date of receiving your merchandise to contact us to discuss the problem.
