HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
Kubby&Co Worldwide partners with global manufacturers, merchants, and artisans in order to provide you with the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Canada, the USA, Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. via our partnership.
Our merchandise is strategically sourced to bring you the top materials, these items will require 2 to 3 business days processing and 7 business days delivery. You will have live tracking of your items. Sometimes the shipping is faster depending on the volume of sales at the time. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way (please email us for tracking).
We offer international shipping options too - no matter where you are, you can buy from us!
Please be advised that unpaid customs charges on international shipping regulations will be deducted in full from refunded items that meet all stated requirements in these situations.
For Free Shipping and Handling if your order includes this. Any item with "FREE Shipping and Handling" messaging on the product detail page that is fulfilled and shipped by Kubby&Co Worldwide is eligible and contributes to your free shipping order minimum.
Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order's free shipping eligibility.
- You can ship to a Canadian and U.S.A delivery address in the 50 states only.
- You can ship to APO/FPO addresses only when they have a U.S. zip code.
- You may find geographic shipping restrictions apply to particular products, and FREE Shipping and Handling might not be available.
Note: Some items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may not be eligible for free shipping. International FREE Shipping and Handling will be determined by geographic area.
If your order doesn't qualify for free shipping:
- A special product, order, or handling fee may still apply even if your order is FREE Shipping and Handling or $25 or more.
THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT HAPPENED?
If you're buying from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada), your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! Note: Canada's and USA's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.
Note: if for some reason your order is never released by customs, we'll send you a replacement!
