We offer the best worldwide shipping.

Please note that shipping times do not include production times. The production time takes a couple of days, then we will try to ship expedited for you.

Once it is shipped, this is the piece we can't control, but tracking is provided, and the best delivery companies.  

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, don't hesitate to get in touch with us, and we will make it right. 

Our jewelry, you have a 60 day manufacturer defect warranty. However depending on the issue after 60 days, contact us so we can have the opportunity to make it right.

Clothing, apparel and shoe fit or manufacturer defects, must be brought to our attention within 2 days of receiving.  However our policy is to ensure your lifetime satisfaction.

RETURN POLICY ( Clothing and Shoes )

Our policy lasts initially 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase (time of receiving the item), unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. ($25.00 return shipping fee may apply, if required). Otherwise, we encourage repurposing the item to places and persons of need.

Please be advised that unpaid customs charges on international shipping regulations will be deducted in full for refunded items that meet all stated requirements in these situations.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Metal and Wood Framed wall art are unique in nature with respect to custom cutting, and print design that is driven by you the customer. 

Please ensure that you review your personalization to be submitted for accuracy.

Once two days have passed since the receipt of your wall art item, we will no longer issue replacements or refunds.
